Championing Neuro-Inclusion
My journey into neurodiversity began when I started working with a client who had Autism and ADHD. At first, I wondered how I would adapt to her working style, but I quickly realized we made a great team. She was full of big ideas, and I helped her bring them to life. It was an eye-opening experience that showed me the incredible value of neurodiverse talent in the workplace.
Since then, I’ve been fortunate to work with many neurodivergent business owners, and my passion for promoting neuro-inclusion has only grown. In 2022, I welcomed a neurodivergent assistant to my team, and she now thrives in a flexible, supportive environment where her creativity shines. Three members of my family have also been diagnosed as neurodivergent, deepening my understanding and commitment to this cause.
